The resort is located on Petchkasem Road, the beachside of Hua Hin. It is approximately 3.5 hours drive from Bangkok. All deluxe rooms are of very large size, decorated and furnished in modern Thai contemporary style with light tone furnishings. Each room has private terrace or living area either in door or open air. All bathrooms are see-through and gorgeously decorated with high standard toiletteries and are thoughtfully well design. Each rooms offers either river lagoon view or boat lagoon view. Any connecting rooms has the connected door at the terracing area. The regency wing carries the same design and has same size of room with private check in at the room and other additional privileges. There are 3 mains restaurants in the resorts. The Fig Mediterranean Italian cuisine, You & Me Asian noodle specialties and Talay Thai restaurant. This high class resort in Hua Hin offers two large outdoor swimming pools. The main pool is of free form and flow around the resort area. The other private pool is limited to guest in Regency wing only. There are a variety of shops, fully equipped fitness center, sauna, tennis court. The conference facilities are also available in this splendid resort.

The Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives has joined hand with the Transportation Ministry in offering special travelling packages to the Royal Flora Ratchaphruek 2006 Chiang Mai is hosting from November 1 to January 31 next year. The horticulture exposition at the sprawling 470-rai Royal Agricultural Research Centre is being held to celebrate 60 years of HM the King's rule, and also mark his birthday next year when the monarch turns 80. The exposition is expected to draw some two million visitors and Sudarat Keyuraphan, the Agriculture and Cooperatives minister, believes it will help double the revenue Chiang Mai earns from tourism annually.

Highlights of the expo:

Gardens for the King

The outdoor landscape exhibition area consists of 30 international gardens and 80 domestic gardens. Each garden has a site area of 500sqm. Foreign and national exhibitors are invited to express respect for HM the King or highlight historic links between His Majesty’s royal activities through demonstration of the arts of garden, blooms and blossoms, literature, tradition and cultural performances.

Thai Tropical Garden - World of Tropical Plants & Flowers

Designed by Thailand’s famous landscaper, this is a state-of-the-art garden showcase of Thailand’s plants and flowers. It is supposed to be the most comprehensive collection of tropical horticultural species, fruit plants, flowers, orchids, herbs and greenery. The Royal Pavilion (Haw Kham in Thai), and grand amphitheatre are located in this zone.

Expo Plaza

This is the center point of the exposition activities, amenities and services. The plaza embraces the indoor exhibition hall, which is used basically for specialized exhibition, competition, conference, workshop and seminar. There will be covered and uncovered marketplace for plants and flowers, souvenirs and traditional handicrafts.
