Central Hotels & Resorts has earmarked a substantial budget to revamp the
Central Hua Hin Village, which after completion will be integrated into the
luxury colonial style of the
Sofitel Central Hua Hin Resort. The new facility will cover 8.43 acres
and be renamed The Villas at Sofitel Central Hua Hin Resort.
The renovation of the 41 contemporary-style bungalows will be completed
in November this year. The villas will offer either a private 5 meter splash
pool or oversized Jacuzzi spa.
“We are confident the refurbishment will boost next year’s revenues for
the combined property by at least 15% and help broaden its clientele across
several market segments, from premium guest to honeymoon couples and
families” said Remko Kroesen, the General Manager of Sofitel Central Hua Hin
Resort, Hua Hin.
The 41 villas will be available in 4 types of accommodations.
The Deluxe Spa Villa will provide king bedded accommodations, private
bathroom with bath and rainshower, lounging area and a private walled and
furnished garden with spacious Jacuzzi spa. (max 2 persons).
The Deluxe Pool Villa will offer luxurious king bedded accommodations
with a unique indoor / outdoor bathroom with large stone bathtub on the
terrace. This Villa comes complete with a walled, furnished garden and 5
meters marble pool. (maximum 2 persons).
The Premium Deluxe Pool Villa is larger with indoor bathroom, outdoor
rain shower and offers a separate lounging and multi-media room together
with a spacious 5 meters, private marble pool. (maximum 2 persons).
2 Bedroom Family Deluxe Pool Villas offer a children bedroom instead of
the multi-media room which is suitable for children under 12 years. (maximum
2 adults and 2 children).
All Villas offer the benefits of Sofitel Club service complete with an
exclusive lounge serving breakfast, day time snacks all day tea and coffee
and evening cocktails.
Also within the Villa zone is a large free form pool for the exclusive
use of Villa guests. Villa guests also have the complete use of all
facilities and services within the main resort. |
