The JW Marriott Phuket Resort & Spa has launched Ginja Cook, a contemporary
learning facility which introduces rich Thai cuisine heritage to all age
groups visiting the luxury resort. Ginja Cook’s “Everyone is Welcome”
approach offers personalized individual, family and group culinary courses.
Designed by the award-winning Bensley Design Studios in Bangkok, the
resort’s Thai style cooking school celebrates southern architecture and
traditional design in the style of a typical Thai Sala using teakwood as its
main material. Floor to ceiling glass sliding doors provide natural light
and showcase stunning view of the resort’s fragrant gardens and the Andaman
Sea. Ginja Cook is located in the newly opened South Wing next to the Ginja
Taste Thai restaurant.
