One of the newest concepts to be developed in resorts is infinity edge swimming pools, and in the Sila Evason, they blend perfectly into the horizon and help maintain a feeling of seclusion even though all of the resort's facilities are nearby and augmented by pool villa butlers.

Each guest has their own specially trained butler to anticipate their needs and is on-call throughout the day. Butlers provide exceptional service, arrange tours and excursions and make the stay a memorable experience.

The main restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and is located on the top of a small hill, offering seascape views to the north of the island of Samui. The themes are varied, from laid back through to stylish. This concept offers guests the ability to choose the style and atmosphere they are looking to experience, from being seated on the floor - Thai style - with cushions, to the more traditional table top dining.

For more exquisite dining, guests can try the Fine Dining Restaurant. Open for lunch and dinner, it is located on the tip of the headland, offering 270 degree views of the surrounding sea and outlying islands.

At lunch, the restaurant has a theme of casual tropical elegance with simple and healthy food menus. But once the sun sets, the restaurant undergoes a metamorphosis with both a change of colour and style, recreating the atmosphere to that of a stylish fine dining environment.

For guests wanting to relax after their meals, there are two elegantly designed bars attached to the two restaurants. Bar service is also available at the main pool and below at the sea-level rock pool. Wine connoisseurs can enjoy a drink from the resort's specially designed wine cellar with a large range of wines from many of the world's most respected regions. The resort also organises regular wine tastings.

Should guests choose to dine in the privacy of their villa, in-room dining is available at all times, giving guests a variety of home cooked style dishes as well as light snacks to choose from.

To relax, guests can wander into the Spa. The spa focuses on holistic wellness and therapeutic treatments for "balancing senses".
