Thailand Investment: Villas at the AKA spa hotel and resort in Hua Hin,
Thailand will be featured at an exhibition in the Westbury Hotel this
weekend.
Colliers Jackson-Stops will be taking bookings for two-bedroom villas
priced from EUR 215,000.
Each unit will have a guaranteed net rental return of six per cent for
the first two years.
The 50 five-star villas will have a total land area of 325sq m (3,500sq
ft), each with a private pool, sun deck and roof garden.
Facilities will also include a clubhouse, spa, restaurants and a 10m
infinity pool.
A luxury fitout for the villas will include two air-conditioned bedrooms,
an outdoor sunken bath and garden shower and private garden with sun deck.
A two hour drive south of
Bangkok,
Hua Hin is a popular resort on the Gulf of Thailand, with a white sandy
beach and countryside dotted with rice terraces, lakes and mountains. The
AKA spa resort will be five minutes from the town centre and close to the
palace of the king of Thailand.
